We romanticized the “built indoors” aspect of manufactured housing — making it not just acceptable, but desirable. Proving, with a mesmerizing visual language normally reserved for luxury brands, that the American Dream of homeownership is still attainable.

We gave people a slice of the good life with these short, engaging animation to extend the campaign to social.

Unlike with site-built homes, manufactured home buyers rarely see what their house will look like on their land until it’s delivered. The Home Previewer app uses augmented reality to bring their vision to life before they buy.
